1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TodoAid (the "Service"), whether through our mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TodoAid is a productivity application that helps users:

  • Create and manage tasks, habits, plans, and lists
  • Track daily progress and mood
  • Set reminders and recurring tasks
  • Sync data across devices (with cloud sync enabled)
  • Access pre-built templates for common routines

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3.3 Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use TodoAid. Users under 18 should use the Service with parental consent.

4. User Content and Conduct

4.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in TodoAid (tasks, notes, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service.

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users

5. Premium Subscription

5.1 Free and Premium Features

TodoAid offers both free and premium features. Premium features may include:

  • Unlimited custom habits, plans, and lists
  • Cloud sync across devices
  • Advanced analytics and insights
  • Priority customer support
  • Ad-free experience

5.2 Beta Period

During the beta period (until July 1, 2025), premium features are available free of charge. After the beta period, premium features will require a paid subscription.

5.3 Billing and Payment

Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple In-App Purchase or the web payment system. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Prices are subject to change with notice.

5.4 Refunds

Refund policies are governed by Apple's App Store or our web payment processor. Contact us atsupport@todoaid.com for refund requests.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Rights

All rights, title, and interest in TodoAid, including design, code, logos, and trademarks, are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service without permission.

6.2 Feedback

If you provide feedback or suggestions about TodoAid, you grant us the right to use them without compensation or attribution.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

7.1 "As-Is" Service

TodoAid is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service.

7.2 Medical/Professional Advice Disclaimer

Important Notice:

TodoAid is a productivity tool and is NOT a substitute for professional medical, mental health, or financial advice. Template suggestions (e.g., pregnancy care, baby care, health routines) are for informational purposes only. Always consult qualified professionals for medical, health, or specialized guidance.

7.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

8.1 By You

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, your cloud data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

8.2 By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion.

9. Privacy

Your use of TodoAid is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms in the app and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of TodoAid after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
